ST Kirchhoff is a sound artist and musician. ST plays self-made instruments, guitars, folk instruments, electronics, and all sorts of junk. ST's solo program is heavily influenced by noise, experimental electronics, punk, and folk. Extended playing techniques and prepared instruments meet glitch electronics, beats, and folk melodies. ST plays in various bands, composes and performs music for theater, and does other things. ST's solo CD "for the void " is available from Umland Records.
